You'll then follow the journey of the green coffee bean as it is transformed into the aromatic brew we all love. Patrick will guide you through the art of coffee roasting, giving you an insight into the process and techniques used to achieve the perfect roast.

But that's not all - get ready for some hands-on action as you get behind the professional espresso machine and grinder. Learn the secrets of milk steaming (micro-foaming) to create beautiful Latte Art coffee drinks that are as delicious as they are visually stunning.

This workshop is intimate and interactive, with a maximum of six participants per session. This ensures plenty of opportunity for questions, discussion and personal guidance from Patrick himself. Each participant will also receive a comprehensive course manual, a certificate of attendance and a bag of Monk's delicious coffee to enjoy at home.
