    Elevate your tagliatelle with sauces tailored for each type. Whether it's the robust tomato for the classic, a zesty courgette-shrimp medley for the green, a rich boar ragout for the dark chocolate, or a refreshing tomato-tuna blend for the cranberry, there's a flavour for everyone.

    Meet Terenzio

    Chef

    Hailing from the sun-kissed regions of South-East Apulia, chef Terenzio carries the flavours of Italy deep within his roots.

    Having called the Netherlands home for the last 15 years, his culinary journey started much earlier.

    As a child, pasta-making was a constant, with memories of his mother, Leonella, crafting pasta even while nine months pregnant with him. Many of Terenzio's signature dishes pay homage to Leonella's age-old recipes.

    With time, Terenzio donned the chef's hat, lending his expertise to numerous fine-dining establishments. But it was the inception of Mama's Ravioli, a venture he embarked upon with his wife, that truly captured his passion.

    Committed to authenticity, they source fresh produce from local Dutch markets, marrying them with the finest Italian ingredients. 

    In the heart of Mama's Ravioli, every dish is a labour of love, handcrafted to perfection. With Chef Terenzio, every bite is a journey from the Italian coastlines to the vibrant Dutch markets.
