    She's delighted to open the doors to her workshop, where you'll have the unique opportunity to taste food and craft beer pairings.

    During this experience, you'll have the chance to explore 5 different pairings, from savoury to sweet, to awaken your taste buds.

    Guided by your senses, you'll learn to understand and appreciate the subtleties of the suggested pairings. Throughout the workshop, the expert will reveal the secrets of a successful pairing: why it works, the sensations on the palate and the harmony of flavours.

    By the end of the workshop, you'll leave with a new perspective on beer and plenty of tasty memories!

    Meet Helene

    Zythologist

    Meet Hélène, a passionate zythologist!

    After a 14-year career in banking, she decided to follow her passion for beer and the world around her. In 2018, she began her training in zythology at the IFAPME in Charleroi and in 2021, she obtained a university diploma in malting and brewing at the Institut Meurice.

    Her approach is characterised by the desire to offer tasty journeys around beer. For Hélène, beer is much more than just a drink: it's a gateway to many themes, an opportunity to pause and share.

    What makes his expertise unique is above all his infectious passion. Every meeting is an opportunity to talk, learn and feel. She takes the time to talk to each participant, seeking to involve them in an immersive and enriching experience.

    Come to Hélène's workshop and let yourself be carried away by the delicious pleasures of beer at her side!

    Super chouette activité pour en découvrir plus sur les accords mets et bières. Hélène explique avec professionnalisme les différents points d'attention pour qu'un accord fonctionne bien. Les mets étaient d'ailleurs délicieux, que demander de plus ? Merci pour ce chouette atelier !

    Merci Hélène pour l’atelier à la fois convivial, instructif et qui fait du bien aux papilles. J’en ressort avec une autre approche de la bière, pas seulement à boire en apéro, mais aussi à accorder avec différents mets.
