Now, it's time to prepare your own block! Carve out your unique design, select colors, and get ready to bring your creation to life. With your block in hand, let the printing begin – you will have the opportunity to print on fabric and paper as you create a bandana and a post card to take home.

Wrap up the experience with a mini-gallery showcase of everyone's work, celebrating each creation before you take it home. A truly memorable day of creativity!

Meet Ellen

Designer & Artist

Ellen Rock is a London-based print artist and designer whose work uses painterly prints to open conversations through symbolism. Her art goes beyond aesthetics, aiming to spark conversations and create connections across different cultures and perspectives.

Ellen collaborates with communities in Indonesia, Guatemala, and Nepal, blending digital and traditional techniques to celebrate global craftsmanship. She prioritises ethical design and respects handcrafted processes, making each piece a blend of modern design and cultural artisanship.

In addition to her artistic work, Ellen leads workshops and lectures across London, sharing her passion for traditional methods and inspiring others to see art as a means for meaningful impact. Her studio is a welcoming space where creativity meets tradition, and each workshop reflects her belief in the power of art to connect and inspire.
