  • TEAM WORKSHOP: Take part in this workshop with your colleagues and create unique memories together.

    Join Morgane and Nicolas as they battle it out over a shaker!

    They invite you to immerse yourself in the fascinating world of mixology, where you'll face a collective challenge that will turn you into bartenders.

    When you arrive, you'll be greeted with a warm welcome in a lively and friendly atmosphere.

    The workshop begins with a mini-masterclass in which you'll discover the main cocktail families, the essential tools and the secrets of professional gestures for making exquisite cocktails. You'll have the opportunity to prepare and enjoy several cocktails.

    Then it's time to get creative! Working in groups, you'll have 20 minutes to create your own cocktail recipe. Choose the ingredients, the glassware, the name and tell an original story about your creation.

    Each group will then go behind the bar to present their creation to the jury, who will judge it based on name, presentation and, of course, taste.

    The workshop ends with the announcement of the results and the presentation of the prize to the winning group - a moment of celebration that rewards creativity and collaboration!     Meet Morgane et Nicolas

    Mixologues

    Toulousain d'origine, Nicolas découvre la passion du shaker dans un bar à cocktails dans lequel il travaillait en tant que chef de bar, et y fait la rencontre de sa compagne, Morgane, directrice du bar. Le coup de foudre est immédiat, et la suite logique est qu'ensemble, ils créent leur propre bar à cocktails dans la ville rose.

    Dans une démarche écoresponsable, Morgane et Nicolas collaborent avec de petites distilleries pour promouvoir l'artisanat local et fabriquent la plupart des ingrédients composant leurs cocktails.Au-delà de leur métier, leur vrai plaisir est de transmettre la compréhension de la structure du goût qui régit des cocktails.

    Ils animent, depuis plusieurs années, l'art de la mixologie, résolument centrée sur les techniques permettant de dévoiler les couleurs chatoyantes des ingrédients, l'arôme des herbes ou des fruits et le goût unique des boissons, jusqu'à même former de nombreux jeunes barmans.
