TEAM WORKSHOP: Take part in this workshop with your colleagues and create unique memories together.
Immerse yourself in the delicious world of Levantine cuisine with Gabrielle during a friendly, gourmet workshop, ideal for a unique team-building moment. This passionate chef will introduce you to her inspired approach, combining Mediterranean traditions with the techniques of French gastronomy.
During the workshop, you'll learn how to prepare three emblematic recipes from Levantine cuisine that are easy to prepare and require little or no cooking. On the menu: Labne bites with olive tapenade, a fresh and fragrant Lebanese tabbouleh, and Itch, a tasty and colourful Armenian tabbouleh.
Gabrielle will guide your colleagues every step of the way, sharing her tips and advice on how to prepare these dishes with ease and enjoyment. Once the dishes are ready, you can enjoy them together and savour the fruits of your labour in a friendly atmosphere.

Practical information
The workshop takes place at your place of work or in a room of your choice. Gabrielle will bring all the kitchen equipment you need, so all you need to bring is suitable tables, a nearby sink and cutlery and plates for the tasting.
A parking space provided by the company is also required.

D'origine libanaise et passionnĂŠe de cuisine, cette femme talentueuse a changĂŠ de voie de façon radicale, un peu sur un coup de tĂŞte ! Elle se forme auprès des meilleurs Ă l'ĂŠcole LenĂ´tre puis ouvre son restaurant en 2018 dans le 19áľ arrondissement de Paris.Â
Gabrielle a toujours ÊtÊ crÊative et entrepreneuse. Ainsi, par volontÊ de se rapprocher encore plus des gens, elle vous propose des ateliers qui revisitent la cuisine libanaise et mÊditerranÊenne grâce aux techniques de la gastronomie française !
