  • Unleash your creativity in the skilled hands of Sheena, a master leatherworker. In her captivating six-hour workshop, she will guide you through the art of working with fine leather. Learn cutting, stitching, and assembly techniques as you create elegant accessories.

    Under Sheena's expert instruction, you'll choose from a range of colours and mark patterns on supple leather. Discover the precision of cutting and shaping edges with specialised tools. Punch holes, secure them with copper rivets, and assemble straps, handles, and buckles with finesse.

    Sheena's attention to detail extends to personalisation. Add an internal laptop pocket or stamp your initials using a specialised machine. She shares insights on ethical practices, using naturally-tanned leather for sustainability.

     With Sheena's guidance, you'll create a timeless leather backpack that reflects your unique style and craftsmanship to take home with you! Immerse yourself in this transformative journey, guided by a true master of the craft.

    No prior experience is necessary for this class. A degree of dexterity is helpful but not essential.

    Just to warn you, we will be using glue, sanding and burning the leather so it can be a little messy. Aprons provided if required.
