Sheena will introduce you to the essential tools of the trade, including cutting knives, edge tools, creasing tools, stitching awls, and punching awls. Select your preferred colours from a range of classic black and brown, and choose the perfect buckle to complement your design.
Through step-by-step demonstrations, Sheena will guide you through the process. Design your pattern directly on the leather piece and master the art of precise cutting. Explore edge bevelling techniques and learn how to wax and burnish edges for a polished finish.
With Sheena's expert guidance, mark the areas for stitching and securely place the buckle. Discover the intricate art of stitching as you bring your belt to life. Enhance your creation by adding personalised initials using a specialised stamping machine.

No prior experience is necessary for this class. A degree of dexterity is helpful but not essential.
Just to warn you, we will be using glue, sanding and burnishing the leather so it can be a little messy. Aprons provided if required.
