Discover fermentation with Moritz, founder of SauerCrowd, in an engaging workshop that's both educational and hands-on.
On arrival you will be greeted with tea, coffee and water before Moritz delves into the topic of gut health and its relationship to live foods such as lacto-fermented vegetables.
During the workshop you will have the opportunity to make your own lacto-fermented vegetables using local organic produce. Moritz will guide you through the process, ensuring that you understand each step and feel confident to replicate it at home.
Each participant will leave with 1-2 fermentation jars filled with their own creations, along with a digital fermentation manual with recipes and tips for caring for your fermented vegetables.
Afterwards, you will have the opportunity to taste SauerCrowd's fermented products and participate in a Q&A session with Moritz where you can ask questions about gut health, fermentation and sustainable food practices.
Join Moritz on a journey to healthier, more sustainable eating habits!
