    In this workshop you'll be immersed in the world of Indian street food, all vegetarian, with authentic recipes that you can easily recreate at home using ingredients from your local supermarket.

    This hands-on session allows everyone to get fully involved in the preparation of traditional dishes. From creating modern pumpkin samosas to mastering the art of tofu tikka masala and fragrant flatbreads, you'll be guided through every step of the process. Paulami will explain the techniques, ingredients and cultural significance behind each dish, ensuring a fun and interactive experience.

    On arrival, your group will be greeted with tea or coffee and a light snack to get you settled. As you cook together, you'll learn, laugh and discover the joys of Indian cuisine. And when the cooking is done, it's time to sit down and enjoy the feast you've created!

    At the end of the workshop, you'll receive a PDF recipe booklet so you can continue your Indian cooking adventure at home. If you have one of Paulami's cookbooks, feel free to bring it along for a personal signing.
