    Enter the world of spices with Paulami's workshop. This exciting session will introduce you to the incredible power of herbs and spices, not only for flavour but also for health benefits. Have you ever wondered how to incorporate turmeric, cinnamon or even unique spice blends from around the world into your everyday cooking? This is your chance to learn!

    The workshop starts with a warm welcome - tea, coffee and a light snack on arrival. From there, your group will get right down to cooking, with everyone fully involved in the preparation of the dishes. Guided step by step, you'll create a range of delicious vegetarian recipes using everyday ingredients that are easy to replicate at home.

    Throughout the workshop, Paulami will share her passion for spices, explaining their history, health benefits and how to use them creatively in your kitchen. You'll work in teams, learning as you go and having fun along the way. At the end of the session, everyone sits down together to enjoy the meal you've prepared - the perfect end to a day of cooking and fun.

    And that's not all! You'll take home a PDF recipe booklet so you can recreate the dishes whenever you like. And if you've got one of Paulami's cookbooks, bring it along to get it signed!

    With dishes such as Dukkah Yoghurt Dip, Ethiopian Lentil Stew and Vegan Mapo Tofu, this workshop promises to be a journey of taste!

Her workshops aren't just about following recipes; they're an opportunity to explore Indian culture through food.
