Welcome to the unique world of ceramics!
During this workshop with Claudia, you will create a beautiful ceramic object through modelling.
In a first step, you will learn the concepts of ceramics and the different stages to make an object. Claudia's years of teaching have allowed her to be a great pedagogue and deeply human, so don't hesitate to ask her any question, she will answer you with pleasure and kindness. Claudia will suggest a moment of disconnection, of listening to oneself and one's body through pottery. The workshop will start with a short introduction to focusing... then you will have to let your hands express themselves!
You too will start working with clay, and then it's time for action! You will learn the gestures of the ceramists to realize your symbolic and intuitive creation. You will also have the opportunity to decorate it with slip. A pot, a candle holder, a small dish? Let your hands and your heart guide you!Ā
At the end of the workshop, the craftsman will store your work so that it can dry slowly. They will be fired and then glazed. You can then pick them up a few weeks later.Ā
In all cases, you will be able to proudly use your new ceramic object in your daily life!Ā

Practical information
Pour participer Ć cet atelier, prĆ©voyez de porter une tenue confortable adaptĆ©e Ć lāatelier et au nettoyage en fin dāatelier, type legging ou pantalon. Il est Ć©galement prĆ©fĆ©rable dāavoir les ongles courts et les cheveux attachĆ©s. Enfin, si vous le pouvez, pensez Ć apporter votre propre tablier.
Veuillez noter que lors de la cuisson des piĆØces, il existe un risque de casse. Ce sont les alĆ©as du mĆ©tier et l'artisan n'en est pas responsable.
Meet Claudia, Juan, Mali et Brad
Ceramist and Turner
Italian born Claudia has been a ceramist since 2008. It has been the common thread in all her adventures, she has never stopped practicing it!
Through her travels across countries and years, she has been inspired by all her experiences, both personal and professional.
Between her PhD in physics from Cambridge, her experiences in social work in South Africa and her training as a coach, Claudia has so much to pass on! Jovial and friendly, she practices ubuntu on a daily basis: a notion close to the concepts of humanity and fraternity.
She welcomes you with joy in her beautiful workshop shared with other artisans.

Super atelier avec Claudia le 5 juillet. Elle est bienveillante et de bons conseils, dame (dāĆ¢me) trĆØs intĆ©ressante . Nous avons pratiquĆ© le modelage en Ć©coutant notre cÅur . Parfait pour se dĆ©connecter et profiter ! Je conseille fortement son atelier Ć toutes personnes dĆ©sireuses de sāĆ©vader et de sāancrer dans la terre dans un cadre chaleureux et bienveillant.

L'atelier animĆ© par Claudia Ć©tait une premiĆØre expĆ©rience pour nous (rĆ©alisĆ© en famille). Claudia a adaptĆ© les explications et crĆ©ations individuelles en fonction des niveaux. Elle a fait preuve d'une patience, d'une Ć©coute et d'une pĆ©dagogie incroyable. C'Ć©tait un moment suspendu, entre Ć©motions, crĆ©ation, mĆ©ditation,... A recommander!

J'ai passĆ© un trĆØs bel aprĆØs-midi en compagnie de Claudia. L'atelier va au-delĆ de l'aspect purement technique pour nous amener Ć faire un avec notre corps, nos mains, notre Ć©nergie et celle des autres participants. Un beau moment pour se ressourcer et partager.
