Share a moment of disconnection and letting go, in a warm atmosphere!
Sandrine invites you to learn the art of pottery on the wheel during a 3-hour workshop where you will shape your own mug by hand.
As soon as you arrive, you will have the chance to discover the workshop where you will learn the basics of ceramics, the creative process, and the techniques used to create your two unique pieces on the pottery wheel. A drink will also be served for you to enjoy a relaxing moment during the workshop.
You will be guided step by step for a gentle discovery. You will learn how to prepare the clay and work with stoneware; several attempts will be necessary before giving your cups or flowerpots the perfect shape!
Once the finishing touches are done, you will be asked to clean up the materials. You will entrust your creation to the ceramicist who will take care of drying, firing, and glazing. You will arrange the details for picking up your piece directly with the artist.
