This captivating workshop unfolds through four key stages. Begin with an engaging introduction to ceramics, where you'll discover the tools and techniques needed to work with clay.
Next, immerse yourself in the pinch pottery technique, using basic wooden tools to shape and mold your very own object. Whether it's a cup, a pot, or a soap dish, you'll bring your unique vision to life under the guidance of our skilled instructors.
Now you're getting into it, it's time to personalise your creation with a vibrant array of coloured glazes. How will you choose!? Add a personal touch and watch as your piece transforms into a work of art. The final step is firing your creation, which will give it the bright, glossy, final effect.
Vinicius and Eliz's deep knowledge of ceramics and their ability to teach will inspire and empower you throughout the process. You'll gain valuable insights and skills that will stay with you long after the workshop ends.
During the workshop you will create two to three small objects which you've personally crafted, beautiful reminders of your creative day and cherished keepsakes! These items will be fired for you, and ready to collect in three to four weeks.

Meet Vinicius & Eliz
Ceramics artist and painter
Vinicius Les is the powerhouse behind the studio he co-runs with his partner, Eliz Varga. Trained in ceramics from a young age by his father, Vinicius has perfected his craft with dedication.
Eliz, who discovered her creative calling later in life, adds her personal touch to the studio. Together, they form an artistic duo that captivates and inspires!
But their craft practice is not the only aspect that sets them apart, Vinicius and Eliz are committed to their local community in Harrow. They firmly believe in equal opportunities for all and offer workshops that cater to individuals with disabilities and learning difficulties. Their studio is a sanctuary where creativity knows no boundaries, and where everyone can explore their artistic potential.

Absolutely fun for the ceramic beginner. Vinicius is an excellent teacher; he explained all the clay techniques and answered our questions. He will take care of each of the students one by one and follow up on their progress. He also takes extra time to demonstrate throwing techniques by using the wheel. Definenity will recommend it to friends.
