At the heart of Brussels, there is magic at work down in Thierry's cellar! 

A former printer and a true enthusiast, he chose the proximity offered by the urban winery to share his passion with as many people as possible! This winemaker only works with organic produce and is 100% committed to the Brussels circular economy by recycling and reusing wine "waste", with the help of other artisans. 

Thierry manages Gudule, which is officially the first urban winery in Brussels! Gudule? - the patron saint of Brussels of course! The legend of the lantern guides this artisan in his daily work, thanks to that small spark that occasionally enables the moving of mountains and hillsides.

He welcomes you with enthusiasm into his very large cellar, where the vats are lined up waiting to be admired on one side, and the bottles are waiting to be tasted on the other.
