WORKSHOP DESIGNED FOR A TEAM: Participate in this workshop with your colleagues and create unique memories together.

Join Caterina for a culinary experience where your team will cook, socialise and enjoy an authentic Greek meal.

The workshop starts with a welcome drink and Greek snacks while Caterina introduces the ingredients and tools. Once everyone's settled in, she'll guide you through a two-course meal, explaining each step with her characteristic warmth and expertise.

A starter could be Koulouri Thessalonikis, a traditional Greek sesame bagel served with fresh tzatziki and a vibrant beetroot dip. Your team will get creative in shaping and baking these iconic breads while learning the secret of thick, creamy tzatziki.

A main course could be Chicken Kléftiko, a dish wrapped and baked with vegetables and potatoes that is steeped in Greek history. Caterina will also provide a vegetarian option to ensure all tastes are catered for, along with a fresh green salad to balance the meal.

After cooking, everyone will sit down to enjoy their creations, with two glasses of wine included for each participant. Recipes will be emailed after the workshop so that you can recreate the dishes at home.

If you have any additional wishes, please specify in your request and the artisan will adjust the quote accordingly.

If any of the participants has allergies or dietary wishes, it is important you inform Caterina about this before the start of the workshop. In that way Caterina can prepare for it. The artisan is not responsible if you did not inform her beforehand.

Meet Caterina

Caterina's journey from translator and writer to restaurateur is deeply rooted in her family's love of food. Growing up in a household where cooking was a cherished tradition passed down through generations, she absorbed the essence of Greek cuisine from her mother, grandmothers and great-grandmothers. Food wasn't just sustenance, it was an expression of love and culture that shaped Caterina's culinary skills from an early age.

Despite initially pursuing a career in education and languages, a moment in Amsterdam rekindled Caterina's passion for entrepreneurship. Inspired by her love of olive oil and a desire to share authentic Greek cuisine, she embarked on a three-year journey to create Olivity. Through meticulous planning and unwavering determination, Olivity was born, offering not only food, but a gateway to the rich cultural heritage of Greece.

Caterina finds joy in watching others embrace the process of creating delicious dishes and discovering the flavours of Greece. If you're ready for an authentic taste of Greek cuisine and a journey through centuries of tradition, Caterina is waiting with open arms and plates full of delights!
