  • WORKSHOP DESIGNED FOR A TEAM: Participate in this workshop with your colleagues and create unique memories together.

    Join Moritz for a specially designed team building workshop where you and your team will learn the basics of fermentation.

    On arrival your group will be welcomed with a drink before Moritz kicks off the workshop with an insightful talk on gut health and the benefits of live foods such as lacto-fermented vegetables. This introduction will set the stage for the hands-on part of the workshop, where each of you will have the opportunity to make your own lacto-fermented vegetables using fresh, local organic produce.

    Working as a team, you'll learn each step of the fermentation process. Moritz will ensure that everyone understands the technique and feels confident enough to replicate the process at home. 

    At the end of the session, everyone will leave with 1-2 jars of their own fermented vegetables, a handy takeaway to keep the experience alive. Everyone will also receive a digital fermentation guide with recipes and care instructions, ensuring that your team can continue to benefit from these new skills long after the workshop.

    The session will conclude with a tasting of some of Moritz's fermented products, followed by a Q&A session where you can ask questions about gut health, fermentation techniques or sustainable food practices. 

    This workshop is a fantastic opportunity to challenge your group in a fun, educational environment, while building stronger team bonds and encouraging sustainable, healthy habits.
