Discover the craft of brewing for a day

Step inside a wonderful craft brewery and treat yourself to this advanced brewing course with Frédéric and Jean-Michel! 

The passionate brewing duo Frédéric and Jean-Michel will give you a warm welcome and a tour of the premises, sharing their valuable knowledge of beer brewing for a whole day.

These brewers will start by giving you a theoretical introduction to beer: what ingredients are needed and how to combine the different malts and hops to obtain various beers. Next, they will explain the brewing and fermentation of beer.

Then, it's time to get practical: crush the malt and discover what mashing is!

Then move on to filtering, boiling and hopping your recipe. After cooling the wort, the yeast can be added. Fermentation is a two-week process where the yeast transforms the sugars into alcohol. So the brewers will explain these steps. 

The beer will then be bottled and you will have to wait at least one more week for the bubbles to form and for it to become sparkling. As a result, you will leave with beers that are already made!

You'll get a tour of the brewery and arthouse, as well as enjoy a gourmet meal featuring the house's best beers and last but not least, you can taste directly from the barrel during the workshop (and as much as you want!).

You will leave this unique moment with a full stomach and lightheaded, 24 bottled beers and new knowledge about the world of beer.
