  • In this workshop hosted by Elisa and Fabiano, founders of Cremoloso Gelato, participants will gain an understanding of the craft behind Italian gelato and sorbet. The session offers a concise history, followed by a practical demonstration where attendees choose their preferred flavours to craft their own gelato.

    The experience is both informative and interactive, guiding participants through the selection of quality ingredients and the essential churning process that defines the texture of genuine gelato.

    The workshop culminates in the creation of a simple yet elegant gelato cake, showcasing the techniques learned. Each participant will depart with their own gelato cake, a culmination of their newfound knowledge, ready to enjoy with others.
