  • Step into this workshop and you'll feel as though you've stepped into Italy!Ā 

    In this class you will learn the traditional art of pasta making. With expert guidance from Monica and her team, you'll discover the precise techniques and the importance of ingredients that make delicious Italian pasta so unique.Ā 

    You will also learn to make two seasonal Italian sauces to be served alongside and that you can recreate at home again and again!Ā 

    After all the hard work, it's time to indulge! The workshop ends with a sit down meal where you can savor the fruits of your labor with a well-deserved glass of wine or a refreshing soft drink. Share laughter, stories, and the joy of creating a wonderful Italian feast together.
