    The workshop begins with a warm welcome and an introduction to Perry and his butchers shop, Perry's, located in the vibrant Spitalfields Market. Perry will share his background and passion for quality meat before running through health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

    Perry will then dive into the world of sausage making, and you had better listen up as Perry makes the best sausages in London!Ā 

    You'll learn about the different ingredients and techniques that go into making the perfect sausage and after the theory, it's time to get hands-on. You'll be introduced to the equipment used in sausage making and taught how to use it properly. Under Perry's watchful eye, you'll make your own sausages from scratch.

    At the end of the workshop, you'll all enjoy a delicious posh hot dog together and before you leave, you'll take home 2kg of your freshly made sausages to share with family and friends. And rest assured, all the sausages made at the workshop are gluten free.

    Meet Perry, a passionate artisan butcher with a remarkable journey in the world of meat. Perry began his career at the tender age of 17, working as a salesman in the bustling Smithfield Meat Market. His love of the craft soon led him to train as a butcher and master sausage maker at renowned establishments such as The Ginger Pig, HG Walter and The Small Herd.

    After gaining extensive experience working for various butchers, Perry seized the opportunity to open his own shop in the vibrant Spitalfields Market. Called "Perry's", his shop offers a diverse range of meats, but Perry's real speciality is his expertly crafted sausages, made to his own unique recipe.

    Perry's commitment to quality is matched by his commitment to sustainability. He works hard to minimise waste and is highly regarded by the local community for his conscientious approach.

    Beyond his skills as a butcher, Perry is passionate about educating others about the importance of good food and sustainable practices. Through his shop and workshops, he shares his expertise and encourages people to appreciate and understand the value of high quality, responsibly sourced meat.
