    In Earlsfield, Elisa Peloni and Fabiano Franzoso have established Cremoloso Gelato, a gelateria where tradition and quality converge. Their workshop is designed for those who appreciate the craft behind authentic Italian gelato.

    In this group workshop, participants will be introduced to the founders and learn about the origins of gelato and sorbet. In preparation for the workshop, attendees are encouraged to engage with Elisa and Fabiano to select flavours that will be used to craft their gelato.

    The session provides insight into the careful selection of ingredients, a crucial step in creating a balanced and refined gelato. Under the expert guidance of Elisa and Fabiano, attendees will learn the process of making gelato, from the initial mixing to the final churning.

    At the end of the workshop, participants will take home not just the gelato they've made, but also the knowledge and recipe to recreate the experience. With over 4 kilograms of gelato to share, they will have a piece of the Cremoloso experience to enjoy with others.

    This place is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

    We will provide an apron for each participant.

    In the year 2023, Cremoloso distinguished itself by achieving the 20th rank at the esteemed Gelato Festival. As a family-operated venture, Elisa and Fabiano infuse a personal touch into every aspect of their business, prioritising the calibre of their ingredients and the gelato they serve.

    The essence of Cremoloso lies in its use of fresh components, coupled with an innovative spirit that continually experiments with new flavours and blends. The duos' dedication to excellence is reflected in their meticulous selection process for ingredients.

    Beyond serving gelato, Elisa and Fabiano aim to share their knowledge and passion for genuine Italian gelato with the London community. They invite enthusiasts into their kitchen to explore the craft of gelato making and encourage creativity within the folds of Italian culinary tradition.
