This workshop is designed for a group. Host Imogen and get into the festive spirit with this enchanting hand embroidery workshop. In this session you'll learn the art of beading and embroidery while creating a stunning Christmas bauble to hang on your tree.
The workshop begins with each participant selecting a kit in their favourite colour - choose from purple, rust or pale pink. Imogen will guide you through the materials and tools included in the kit to ensure everyone feels confident to get started. You can get creative by creating your own design or follow Imogen's style.
From there it's time to dive into the craft! Imogen will teach you the beading techniques and embroidery stitches needed to bring your design to life. Once your bauble is beautifully beaded and embroidered, you'll learn how to frame it perfectly in a miniature embroidery hoop.
At the end of the session you'll leave with a beautiful hand-embroidered and beaded bauble, ready to add a personal, festive touch to your home!

Imogen is a Surrey-based embroiderer on a mission to bring a modern twist to this timeless craft. With a background working for luxury brands such as Mary Katrantzou and Helen Amy Murray, her skills have been showcased in exhibitions across London and Europe. In 2020, she launched imogen melissa to share her passion for intricate embroidery and playful designs with a wider audience.
