  • Welcome to the wonderful Perry's! An exciting new butcher in the heart of Spitalfeilds.  

    This workshop begins with an introduction to Perry and the Butchers, you will learn about the meat, the suppliers and Perry's specialty - sausages! 

    There will be a sausage making demonstration from Perry before each person has a go themselves. You will learn about the ingredients, the tools and add seasoning as you make your perfect sausages. Note all recipes are gluten free. 

    Once you have successfully made your sausages, you and your team will enjoy a delicious posh hot dog together before you leave, and each person will take home freshly made sausages to share with family and friends.

    The workshop is easily accessible by public transport.

    This place is not accessible to people with reduced mobility.

    Meet Perry

    Butcher

    Meet Perry, a passionate artisan butcher with a remarkable journey in the world of meat. Perry began his career at the tender age of 17, working as a salesman in the bustling Smithfield Meat Market. His love of the craft soon led him to train as a butcher and master sausage maker at renowned establishments such as The Ginger Pig, HG Walter and The Small Herd.

    After gaining extensive experience working for various butchers, Perry seized the opportunity to open his own shop in the vibrant Spitalfields Market. Called "Perry's", his shop offers a diverse range of meats, but Perry's real speciality is his expertly crafted sausages, made to his own unique recipe.

    Perry's commitment to quality is matched by his commitment to sustainability. He works hard to minimise waste and is highly regarded by the local community for his conscientious approach.

    Beyond his skills as a butcher, Perry is passionate about educating others about the importance of good food and sustainable practices. Through his shop and workshops, he shares his expertise and encourages people to appreciate and understand the value of high quality, responsibly sourced meat.
