Join the fabulous Siobhan in her Gin Palace - the Mother's Ruin distillery. This is a wonderful hidden gem in Walthamstow, adorned with glitter and florals, it really is a palace!Ā
As you arrive you will be greeted with a delicious welcome drink beforeĀ Siobhan guides you through the distilling process.Ā
As you taste your first gin of the day you will head upstairs to peak behind the curtain and understand exactly how gin is made from scratch in their vintage stills. You will be introduced to the myriad of ingredients, gaining insights into the botanicals that give the Mother's Ruin gins their unique flavour profiles.
Move onto the second gin of the day, tasting the subtle differences from the first and to finish off this tasting you will have the opportunity to bottle and label your own parting gift; a 200ml bottle of Mother's Ruin Gin!Ā
