The session takes place in Tara's private kitchen at home and begins with an introduction to Tara and the kitchen environment, setting a welcoming and professional tone. Participants are then guided through essential health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone involved.

Throughout the workshop, Tara demonstrates each step of the pasta-making process. Attendees have the unique opportunity to learn how to make cavatelli using a ridged pasta board, a technique that showcases the intricacies of traditional pasta crafting. The learning continues as Tara instructs on how to use a pasta machine to roll pasta, leading to the creation of spinach and ricotta ravioli accompanied by a delectable sage butter.

The experience is not just about learning but also about enjoying the fruits of one's labour. Once the pasta is prepared, participants gather to savour their handmade creations, complemented by a fresh salad. The meal is further enhanced with the inclusion of wine, adding an extra layer of enjoyment to the dining experience.
