  • Group Workshop: Escape the office for 3 hours and join Husk and Honey for a workshop where you'll learn the essentials of making artisan granola from start to finish.

The session starts with an introduction to Husk and Honey, where you'll learn about their journey and commitment to quality. You'll also have the opportunity to taste some of their signature granolas to get a feel for the different flavors and textures they offer.

You'll then work as a group to create your own granola recipe. With a selection of high quality ingredients provided, you'll be able to choose the perfect combination to suit your taste. Whether you prefer a nutty mix, something fruity or a blend with a hint of spice, you'll create a recipe that reflects your preferences. Throughout the process, Husk and Honey will be on hand to offer advice on how to balance flavors and achieve the right texture.

Once your recipe is ready, it's time to make the cereal itself. You'll mix the ingredients, pour them onto baking trays and get a hands-on feel for the process.

While the muesli bakes to golden perfection, you'll be free to explore the local area, Spa Terminus has many independent food and drink brands and Husk & Honey even provide a map for you and your team to explore!

At the end of the workshop, you'll take your big batch of freshly made granola back to the office for weeks of breakfast sorted!

    Meet Husk and Honey

    Granola bakery

Introducing Hedié, the mastermind behind the renowned Husk and Honey brand. Founded in 2015, Husk and Honey has become a sensation in London with its premium and award-winning granola. Hedie, the founder and managing director, brings her expertise and passion to ensure the highest quality products and unforgettable taste experiences.

A trip to Brazil started it all, being greeted morning after morning with bowls of fruit atop handfuls of fresh, hand-made, crunchy granola. These little bowls made such an impact that back home in London she continued to bake the granola that reminded her of Rio. Having discovered a gap in the market for fresh, great tasting, and convenient granola, Husk & Honey was born.

Husk and Honey has received prestigious Great Taste awards by the Guild of Fine Food four times, a testament to their commitment to exceptional quality and taste. This recognition has solidified their position as a trusted partner for renowned chefs, hotels, restaurants, and coffee shops throughout London. Hedié’s expertise and meticulous approach to granola making have made her an expert in the field. She has honed her skills in creating the perfect balance of flavours and textures, resulting in granola that captivates the taste buds and leaves a lasting impression.

What sets Husk and Honey apart is their unwavering commitment to ethical practices and sourcing the finest ingredients. They work exclusively with top-quality ingredients, including wildflower honey, ensuring that every bite of their granola is a delectable experience. Supporting local producers and promoting transparency in ingredient sourcing are fundamental principles they uphold. They prioritise using organic ingredients whenever possible and seek out farms that embrace traditional farming methods.

Hedié’s passion for granola extends beyond creating delicious breakfast treats. She finds joy in sharing her knowledge and promoting the importance of working with high-quality, healthy products. Through the Husk and Honey brand, they aim to inspire others to appreciate the magic that comes from enjoying great-tasting and nourishing food.

The Husk and Honey granola bakery, nestled along the London Beer Mile in Bermondsey, is an inviting and aromatic space. The delightful aroma that fills the air as you step inside is enough to make anyone's mouth water. It's a place where creativity and craftsmanship come together to create granola that truly stands out.

When describing Hedié’s character, it's impossible to overlook her genuine warmth and infectious smile. She effortlessly balances a relaxed and dynamic demeanour, making every interaction with her a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Her passion for granola and dedication to crafting exceptional products shines through in her vibrant personality.
