  • WORKSHOP DESIGNED FOR A TEAM: Participate in this workshop with your colleagues and create unique memories together.

Join Adi for a workshop that will immerse your team in the fascinating world of mycelium.

From the basics to the more intricate processes, she will guide you through the steps of growing your own mushrooms.Beyond the culinary realm, discover the versatility of mycelium as a sustainable material used in fashion, packaging and even construction. This exploration ties in with themes of corporate social responsibility, promoting sustainability and environmentally friendly practices.

After learning the basics, it's time for your team to roll up their sleeves and put their skills to the test. Split into smaller groups, you will work together to grow mushrooms and experience the magic of growth first hand.Ā

Adi will teach your team the techniques to maintain the ideal conditions for successful growth, encouraging the use of recycled planting materials such as straw or coffee grounds in line with sustainable practices.

At the end of the session, each collaborator will receive a grow bag to grow their own mushrooms. These grow bags can also be transformed into mycelium 'bricks', providing endless opportunities to explore the potential of mycelium.Ā

Perhaps your team can even create a sustainable, collaborative project to display in the office, symbolising the teamwork fostered during this experience!
