Finally, Maria will teach you how to make mini orange bundt cakes, focusing on achieving the ideal flavour and texture.
At the end of the workshop, you'll take home your freshly baked profiteroles, loaf cakes and bundt cakes. Whether you're new to baking or want to improve your skills, Maria's workshop promises to be an informative and enjoyable experience.

Meet Maria, an experienced chef with a passion for pastry and confectionery. Maria honed her culinary skills at Westminster Kingsway College and Lakefield College, gaining a Professional Chef Diploma Level 3. For the past 7 years she has been sharing her expertise from her professional kitchen in West Hampstead.
Whether you're a novice or a culinary enthusiast, in Maria's kitchen you'll be encouraged to explore and master a range of techniques, from delicate pastries to exquisite confections.
