  • In this workshop hosted by Julia at Eonce Chocolate, you will dive into the history of chocolate making. The workshop begins with an overview of the origin of chocolate in Mayan and Aztec civilizations, followed by an introduction to the cocoa varieties used at Eonce Chocolate.

    As Julia explains the chocolate-making process, from bean selection to creating the final product, you will enjoy a tasting of authentic bean-to-bar chocolate. 

    Next up it's time to get hands-on and put theory into practice! You will create a unique chocolate bar from scratch and have the opportunity to customize your creation with a choice of ingredients, such as shortbread, nibs, or sea salt before wrapping the 65g bar to finish.

    Enjoy a comprehensive journey into the world of sustainable chocolate making.
